1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing the PHOTOGHAR website or services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Payment Structure & Trust Guarantee:
To ensure commitment and build mutual trust, PHOTOGHAR operates on a milestone payment system: Initial Deposit: A 50% advance payment is required from the Brand before the project commences. Final Settlement: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared immediately after the advertisement/content is published.
3. Authorized Payment Channels: All payments must be made exclusively to the Official Agency Bank Account PHOTOGHAR is responsible for the disbursement of funds to the Influencer. Direct payments between Brands and Influencers are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of the service agreement.
4. Agency Commission (Service Fees): PHOTOGHAR charges a total service commission of 18% per campaign, split as follows: From the Brand: 9% of the total campaign value. From the Influencer: 9% of the total campaign value.
5. Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and designs on this site are the property of PHOTOGHAR unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability: PHOTOGHAR acts as the managing intermediary. While we facilitate secure payments and quality control, we are not responsible for independent contractual disputes occurring outside our direct oversight.
